MAKE A PLAN
You must have a clear plan to achieve what you’ve always dreamed of. It’s great to go after your passion, but you must take into account timing, costs, responsibility and how to grow and adjust as things change. There is no set one-way to do it, and you need to adjust for life changes. You also need to plan on how to bail or exit in a worst-case scenario.

HAGA UN PLANUsted debe tener un plan claro para lograr lo que siempre has soñado. Es genial para ir tras su pasión , pero hay que tener en cuenta el tiempo , los costos , la responsabilidad y la forma de crecer y ajustar como las cosas cambian. Allí no se establece de una manera de hacerlo , y hay que adaptarse a los cambios de la vida . También es necesario planear en cómo rescatar o de salida en el peor de los casos.

BE BRAVE
You cannot be afraid. If you’re scared of failing, it’s not going to work. You must take chances that will make you, and others, feel uncomfortable at times. If you don’t step outside your comfort zone, you’ll never grow and learn. Many people never even try to go after what they want due to this fear and then they wind up facing regret later on in life. Odds are, in a business you will lose money at first, etc. Many people say the economy is a reason to not start a business these days, but there will always be an excuse.

 
SER VALIENTENo se puede tener miedo. Si tienes miedo de fracasar , no va a funcionar . Debe tener posibilidades que harán que usted, y otros , sentir incómodo a veces . Si no paso fuera de su zona de confort , nunca crecer y aprender . Muchas personas ni siquiera tratan de ir tras lo que quieren , debido a este miedo y luego terminan frente a su pesar en su vida futura . Las probabilidades son, en un negocio que usted va a perder dinero al principio, etc Muchas personas dicen que la economía es una razón para no iniciar un negocio en estos días , pero siempre habrá una excusa.

BE FIRM & FEARLESS
Things may not go as planned the first time or even the third time, but if you truly want something and are tenacious, you’ll eventually succeed and get what you want. You can’t fear people not liking you in business. It’s about the business, not about being friends with people. You can’t always be nice and people may not like you as a boss if you’re doing what it takes to get the job done, because you have to do the hard things – like firing people to assure the best people in place.

Sea firme y AUDAZLas cosas no pueden seguir como estaba previsto el primer tiempo o incluso por tercera vez, pero si realmente quieres algo y es tenaz, que finalmente va a tener éxito y conseguir lo que quieres . No se puede temer la gente no le gustaba en los negocios. Se trata de la empresa, no se trata de ser amigos con la gente. No siempre se puede ser amable y la gente puede que no le gustaría que un jefe , si está haciendo lo que se necesita para hacer el trabajo , porque hay que hacer las cosas difíciles - como despedir a la gente para asegurar la mejor gente en el lugar.
