Tabatha's Salon Takeover T2 "Orbit Salon"

Orbit salon had to be one of the filthiest salons I’ve ever seen; it was covered in hair, dust and dirt—it was a pigsty. And it was shocking to me because everyone acknowledged how dirty and rundown the salon was but nobody actively did anything to clean it up and make it better. Even Eddie, the owner, called the place a dump and his staff hand-me-downs. Way to motivate, Eddie! And the lack of initiative and zeal in taking care of the salon carried over to everyone’s work. I saw sloppy color, uneven haircuts, and a total lack of attention to detail. The worst of it all, was Eddie had been using his basement as a personal storage space. Tens of thousands of dollars in products were buried under his clothes, bicycles, and junk. This is no way to run a successful business. Over-ordering product and then not storing it and organizing it properly so you can sell it for a profit is literally throwing money down the drain.

Salón Orbit era uno de los salones más sucios que he visto, estaba cubierto de pelo, polvo y suciedad, era una pocilga. Y fue chocante para mí porque todo el mundo reconocia lo sucio y deteriorado que estaba el salón pero nadie hizo nada para limpiarlo y hacerlo mejor. Incluso Eddie, el propietario, llamó al lugar un tugurio y su equipo eran unos dejados. La falta de motivacion de Eddie! Y la falta de iniciativa y celo en el cuidado de la peluquería trasladarse al trabajo de todos. Vi colores descuidado, cortes de pelo irregulares, y una total falta de atención al detalle. Lo peor de todo, fue que Eddie había estado usando su sótano como un espacio de almacenamiento personal. Decenas de miles de dólares en productos fueron enterrados debajo de la ropa, bicicletas y basura. Esto no es una forma de ejecutar un negocio exitoso. Exceso de pedidos de productos y luego no almacenar y organizar de forma adecuada para que pueda vender para obtener una ganancia es, literalmente, tirar el dinero por el desagüe.

The moment I met Eddie I could tell he was a proud man and it was hard for him to open up about the issues in his salon, and he knew there were many. I liked Eddie because I could see that he wanted a better salon but he was totally stuck. He had owned Orbit for a long time and the wear and tear showed on both the salon and the owner. My challenge was to find a way to shake Eddie out of his rut, to wake him up in order to save his business. And I needed to make sure the staff took some responsibility, as well. So I tried one of the most radical interventions I’ve ever done—I made Eddie and his staff pack up all his personal sh*t in the basement, load it on a truck, and take it to Eddie’s condo. He needed to really understand the mess he’d made of his business. He needed to live with it. And it worked. I really saw Eddie and his staff transform. They found their passion and they could finally find their products in a cleaner, more organized basement! Bobby and Andrea really transformed their attitudes and their work. Everyone pulled together and supported Eddie, everyone except Lindsay, that is. I could see that Lindsay’s inability to change really bothered Eddie; he broke down. Firing her was clearly a difficult decision for him but he did what he believed was best for his business. And I have high hopes for Eddie and for his whole team now that they have a fresh start.

En el momento en que conocí a Eddie me di cuenta de que era un hombre orgulloso y era difícil para él para abrirse sobre las cuestiones planteadas en su salón, y sabía que había muchos. Encontraron su pasión y finalmente pude encontrar sus productos en un más limpio, más organizado sótano! Bobby y Andrea realmente transformó su actitud y su trabajo. Todo el mundo reunido y apoyado Eddie, todo el mundo excepto Lindsay, eso es. Pude ver que la incapacidad de Lindsay para cambiar realmente molesto Eddie, él se vino abajo. Frankly I can not understand how an owner can let their business be to reach such a sorry state as was the Orbit Salon. if I have to be honest I could not go there because I am allergic to dust mites, dust and dirt LOL

francamente no puedo entender como un dueño puede dejar que su negocio llegue a estar a un estado tan lamentable como era el salon Orbit. si tengo que ser sincero yo no podria entrar alli ya que soy alergico a los acaros, al polvo y a la mugre LOL

Of course that this bathroom design in which you could see almost everything was well looked possibly that was his first project but please I would like to know if he or she had peed in that space

Desde luego el que diseño ese baño en el cual se podia ver practicamente todo quedo bien lucido posiblemente ese era su primer  proyecto pero por favor me gustaria saber si el o ella hubiera hecho pis en ese espacio
