Bang salon had the most unprofessional behavior I have EVER seen. It was truly amazing to me that they had any clients and I found their conduct offensive on so many levels. Darren thought visiting the salon should be fun and entertaining - he called it “dinner and a show” and he said that just because you had a hairdressing license didn’t mean you had to be professional. REALLY DARREN?
Bang salón tuvo el comportamiento menos profesional que he visto nunca. Fue realmente increible para mi saber que no tenian cliente pero al ver la conducta ofensiva y obscena me quede completamente impactada. Darren pensaba que un salon debe ser divertido y entretenido como el dijo "cena y espectaculo" y culmino diciendo por solo tener una licencia de peluqueria no queria decir que se tenga que ser profesional. EN SERIO DARREN?
Drinking on the job,
writing slut on client’s heads for all to see, sexual innuendos, and
dildos in drawers does not and will not build a clientele. I knew it was
going to be a bumpy road.
Beber en el trabajo, escribir en las cabezas de las clientas "puta" para que todos lo vean, insinuaciones sexuales y consoladores en los puestos no son las cosas mas adecuadas para tener una clientela. Yo sabía que iba a ser un camino lleno de baches.
The staff shared with me how much they liked Darren as a person but had no respect for him as an owner, and they were all losing clients because of his antics. They were also afraid to book certain clients if he was going to be in the salon because he offended so many of them with his crude conduct. It was also incredibly distracting to their work and the only one that seemed to really partake in the activities was Leona.
El personal me contó lo mucho que le gusta Darren como persona, pero no tenía ningún respeto por él como propietario, y estaban todos los clientes que pierden a causa de sus travesuras. Ellos también tenían miedo de reservar ciertos clientes si iba a estar en el salón porque ofendió a muchos de ellos con su conducta crudo. También era increíblemente molesto con su trabajo y el único que parecía realmente participar en las actividades fue Leona.
Leona was Darren’s sidekick enabler and the one that would try and cover his butt with his clients if he got too out of control. What I realized during my assessment was that Darren couldn’t focus and take his client or his job seriously, he had the attention span of a 3 year old and Leona totally hyped him up and her work suffered because of it. The other stylists were able to focus and do good work, except for Guy who was a challenge because he wasn’t open to trying new things.
Leona fue la complice de Darren y lo cubria en sus tonterias. Lo que me di cuenta durante mi evaluación es que Darren no podía concentrarse y tomar su cliente o su trabajo en serio, tenía la capacidad de atención de un hijo de 3 años y Leona totalmente sobrevalorado, él y su trabajo sufrido por ello. Los estilistas otros fueron capaces de concentrarse y hacer un buen trabajo, con excepción de tipo que era un reto porque no estaba dispuesta a probar cosas nuevas.
The
thing I found out about Darren was that all his staff said the only
time he acted serious and responsible was when he was with his children,
and that’s where I got the idea to take him to his daughters school for
career day. If I could get him to not act like an arse in front of the
class and make him realize that his parenting skills could be
implemented in his business I felt like I had a shot and it worked.
Lo que me enteré de Darren era que todo su personal dijo que la única vez que actuó seria y responsable era cuando estaba con sus hijos, y ahí es donde me dieron la idea de llevarlo a su escuela hijas para el día de la carrera. Si pudiera llegar a no actuar como un culo en frente de la clase y le hacen darse cuenta de que sus habilidades de crianza podría ser implementado en su empresa sentía que tenía una oportunidad y funcionó.
Marketing the salon allowed Darren to show his
personality and get his staff together as a team. I didn’t want them to
stop having fun but I wanted them to learn how to behave like
professionals and not offend clients.
El marketing del salón, hizo que Darren abandonara su conducta poco profesional e hizo que su equipo fuera realmente un equipo. Yo no quiero que deje de tener diversión, pero yo quería aprender a comportarse como profesionales y no ofender a los clientes.
Opening day was a success the salon was busy. Darren
focused and the entertainment was customer service and great hair. I was
really happy that Leona didn’t enable Darren and focused on her clients
and I was glad they all decided to given Darren a second chance. I hope
he can live up to their expectations and take his business and MY
industry seriously.
El dia de apertura fue todo un exito el salon estaba al completo. Darren estaba centrado en su salon y en sus clientas, el entretenimiento se convirio el buen servicio al cliente. Yo estaba realmente feliz al ver que Leona dejaba de cubrir a Darren y se preocupaba de sus clientas. Tambien me alegro al saber que todo su equipo decidio darle una segunda oportunidad a Darren
Espero que pueda cumplir con sus expectativas y su negocio y mi industria en serio.
